Warranty Coverage

All TunedWorks products include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications not authorized by TunedWorks.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues caused by external factors (e.g., water, fire, or impact).

How to Submit a Claim

Contact our support team at info@tunedworks.com with the following:

Your order number

Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

A brief description of the problem

Our warranty team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will:

Repair the defective product, or
-
Replace it with a new or equivalent item, or

Issue store credit for the value of the defective item.
