Warranty Coverage

  • All TunedWorks products include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications not authorized by TunedWorks.

    • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues caused by external factors (e.g., water, fire, or impact).

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Contact our support team at info@tunedworks.com with the following:

    • Your order number

    • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  2. Our warranty team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.

  3. If your claim is approved, we will:

    • Repair the defective product, or

    • Replace it with a new or equivalent item, or

    • Issue store credit for the value of the defective item.
