We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
❌ We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Delivery Time

  • Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Total: 4–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Carriers
Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance/final-sale products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Process

  1. Contact info@tunedworks.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive RMA and return instructions.

  3. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Product cost will be refunded.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • No restocking fees.

Exchanges
Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.
