Order Processing
Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options
We work with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to make sure your order arrives safely. For larger items, we may use LTL freight shipping.
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
International Shipping: 7–25 business days (varies by country and customs)
Note for oversized items (bumpers, kits, large lighting bars): Freight delivery may require a signature upon arrival. Our team will contact you with details if your order qualifies.
Order Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or directly from your confirmation email.
Packaging & Insurance
All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
High-value items are shipped with insurance for extra peace of mind.
If you receive a package with visible damage, please take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes in their country.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delays & Exceptions
During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays) or severe weather conditions, deliveries may take longer.
Pre-order or backorder items will ship as soon as they’re back in stock—we’ll notify you by email with updated timelines.

📅 Return Window
You may return most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
To ensure product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
Products that have been installed, wired, or modified
Custom-made or special-order items
Clearance or “Final Sale” products
Gift cards or downloadable digital items
💵 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
🔁 Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, we’ll gladly help you exchange it for the correct product.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, but we’ll cover shipping on the replacement item (U.S. only).
🛑 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tunedworks.com.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Many of our lighting and performance products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage and terms vary by product.
